GMW and PEM are exhibiting at APEC, Anaheim, March, 18-20

The IEEE Applied Electronics Conference, APEC, is at the Anaheim Convention Center from March 17 to 21. GMW is at Booth 861 and PEM is at the adjacent Booth 863. GMW and PEM will be showing Sensors and Instruments for the magnetically isolated measurement and control of electric current:

  • AKM has expanded their range of pcb mounting Currentier™ Current Sensors to provide current ranges of +/-5A to +/-180A, equivalent primary current, noise of 3mArms, 0.5% absolute accuracy, and response times as low as 0.5us.
  • DaniSense Current Transducers are available in current ranges of +/- 55A to 11kA, dc accuracy to 5ppm, ac accuracy of 0.01% in amplitude and 0.05 degree to 1kHz, enabling applications in input-to-output efficiency measurements for power conversion, charge-delivered calibration of Chargers, and high accuracy dc/ac current source/sink closed-loop control.
  • GMW CPC Current Probe Clips with ranges of +/250A to +/-2kA and frequency response of dc to 75kHz enable Clip-On convenience for Scope or Data Logger measurements over -40C to +100C in high moisture, high vibration environments.
  • PEM have expanded their Rogowski Coil AC Current Probe product line and will have a GaN FET switch demonstration of the noise immunity, high frequency (>50MHz), CWTMini50HF compact Current Probe. Dr. Chris Hewson is giving a presentation “Delay, rise-time and slew rate using high frequency optimized CWT ‘HF’ Rogowski current sensors in Power Electronics”, on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 in Room 213C at 11:15-11:45am.

Ian Walker, Lou Law, and Ben Hartzell will be at the GMW Booth and Ian will be giving an overview of “Current Measurement for Electric Vehicle Battery and Charging Systems” on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 in Room 213C at 10:30am-11:00am.

If you are attending APEC we hope to see you; please stop by.
