3472 Electromagnet System with Field Reversal
Applications:
This Electromagnet System achieves field reversal with computer control. It is particularly suitable for Hall effect studies, magneto-optical measurements, and high temperature superconductor investigations. Options are available for higher fields at reduced pole gaps (e.g. 1.7T at a 25mm gap with a 50mm pole face diameter), axial holes for light entry and exit, and unipolar power supplies. For larger pole gap requirements up to 100mm refer to the 3472-50 which has 50A rather than 70A coils.
