Danisense High-Precision Current Transducers

The DaniSense DS, DQ, DN, DM and DL Series Current Transducers are based on a flux-gate zero flux detector with closed-loop operation to provide a signal output current accurately defined by the number of turns in the compensation winding. They provide higher accuracy for Power Analyzer measurements and improved performance for power amplifiers.

The smallest power supply and interface unit from Danisense. Compatible with a wide range of current transducers.

DSSIU-1 Transducer Interface Unit and Power Supply, single channel

DSSIU-6 Transducer Interface Unit and Power Supply, 6-channel

Fully configurable dedicated 6-channel system interface unit for Danisense DS series current transducers. Powers up to 6 x DS50 to DS2000 at the same time. Heads may be mixed (e.g. two DS2000IDLA and three DS200IDSA). Uses DB9 to DB9 cable for connection to transducer head (see cables below) and provides banana jack outputs for signal output.

Supports calibration windings and has 6 slots for optional voltage output modules VOM (1V or 10V), specified upon ordering.

Includes AC mains power cable. Other cables not included.

DSSIU-4-1U Transducer Interface Unit and Power Supply, 4-channel

Provides Power and Signal connection for up to four Current Transducer heads. Heads may be mixed (e.g.: One DS2000ILLA and Three DS200ISSA Heads). DB9 connection to Transducer head and Banana Plug Jacks for Signal Output.

GMW-CT-BR-X.XX

The GMW-CT-BR-X.XX Burden Resistor Module generates a Voltage Monitor Signal when the current output from a closed-loop current transducer is connected to the current input terminals of a Power Analyzer or DaniSense Interface unit.

Busbars are for DC measurements to 600A. Busbar is a solid bar with locating o-rings. Current cables are connected to each end.

DaniSense Current Transducer Kits for Multi-channel Current Measurement

APPLICATIONS:

These Current Transducer Systems provide range extension to high current for power analyzers and data loggers. Current output is preferred over voltage output for high accuracy measurements.

All the channels Current Transducer Kits don’t need to be the same full-scale Current Transducer. The available DS200, DS600, and DS2000 Current Transducers may be be mixed within a system. For example, one DS600 DCCT could be used to measure the DC current to a Motor Drive and two DS200 DCCTs used to measure two phases to the Motor. See Complete System Mixed DCCTs configurations below for more examples.
